Dramatic before and after pictures.
PBCIP accomplishes miraculous transformation in Parkside
A dangerous eyesore transformed into a beautiful home for a family investing in themselves through homeownership.
Standing in the basement, the sky is visible through the remnants of a roof; transformed with a brand new kitchen and hardwood floors on the first floor.
The basement, collecting parts of the house as weather, neglect and gravity take their toll; a beautiful basement ready for storage...or rollerskating!
A glimpse of the finished product
All PBCIP homes have completely new kitchens with modern, Energy Star appliances.High quality hardwood floors for the first floor living area are standard.Hardwood flooring in one of our renovated homes. The exterior of a newly renovated home.
The construction process at another PBCIP home
View of a home before construction begins. As framing goes up, the kitchen, living and dining space begin to take shape.New beams and parging with a layer of cement strengthen and seal the structure.Plumbing and baths are among the first things installed once construction begins.
