FREE Home Repairs Available to Parkside Residents

The Camden POWER program has been extended

The Camden Power Program has extended the timeline to submit your Power application for free weatherization and energy efficiency home repairs. Qualified Parkside residents could be eligible for various replacements or repairs to improve home energy efficiency and weatherization.

The Camden POWER program offers financing up to $16,000 as a state rebate and ten-year forgivable loan. Types of work covered under this program include:

• Sealing existing air leaks
• improving whole house insulation
• Replacing siding with external insulation
• Insulating boiler pipes and other spaces
• Accessible exits
• Smoke Detectors
• Fix loose railings and stairs
• Gas appliance connection
• Clothes dryer venting
• Exhaust fan venting
• Fuel line leak repairs
• Improve indoor air quality
