Baird Bridge Closed to Pedestrians

A daytime shuttle bus will run during bridge replacement construction.

The Baird Boulevard bridge between Camden High School and Route 130 will be closed to pedestrian traffic beginning September 17 while the structure is demolished and replaced. The bridge has been closed to vehicles since the fall of 2011 after structural damage was detected. Construction will take at least seven months. Camden County will provide a shuttle bus between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. between Baird and Park Boulevard and Baird and Randolph Street. The bridge will be completely closed. Pedestrians will not be able to cross the bridge or go around the construction zone. Click here for more information.
